HOPER RUSH GUIDE

Hoper Rush is a smart phone based app company, that connects the cleaning service provider “Hoper Lady” with the people needing the service.

• In order to register as a client, users need to download the "Hoper Rush app" or "Hoper Lady app" after downloading the app. The user must provide these details if they are looking for services as a Client: their first name, last name, phone number, email address, and the payment method they wish to use.
• Users wishing to register with Hoper Lady must provide the following information: first name, last name, date of birth, address, driver license or acceptable photo ID, personal photo (which they can take with their phone camera) to their profile, and their bank information "for direct deposit" as well as consent to a criminal background check.
As a client, you can become a Hoper Lady at any time by clicking the "Become Hoper Lady" box on your profile page.

It is the "Client" and "Hoper Lady’s responsibility to agree on Hoper Rush Terms and Conditions, and create the username, which is usually their email address, and an 8 character password to access their profiles.

It is required that the Hoper Lady be at least 18 years old.
A Welcome Letter will be sent to Hoper Lady's email address once her registration is approved by the app admin. It contains the following guidelines:
• A Welcome aboard Statement.
• The link to the training video on YouTube.
• Step by Step training and some recommendations on how to get better evaluation rate.
• An explanation of the payment process.
• Information about bonuses and how they are related to the evaluation rate.

The Client will appear on the map in the Hoper Rush App when requested. Using the Hoper Lady's current location, Hoper Lady can see the Client's location and how far it is from hers.

Hope Lady will have access to the following information provided by the Client:
1.The Location of the work site (if it’s different from the Client’s location).
2. The name of the client who requested the service.
3. The type of assistance requested by the Client and any additional information.
4. The date and time when the Client needs assistance.

The Hoper Lady can accept the request simply by pressing "Accept" in the app. We will hire the Hoper Lady who accepts the request first (first come, first served).
Hoper Lady needs to ensure that she goes through the in-app "check-in" and "check-out" process to ensure payment on time.
Clients will also be able to add a message for additional information or instructions.

They will be given the option to select the location.

As soon as the Hoper Lady starts working and does her "check-in" in the app, the client will be contacted to confirm it.

As soon as the Hoper Lady completes her "check-out" process in the app, the client will be asked to confirm it as well.

Clients will be asked to rate Hoper Lady from 0 (very bad) to 5 (excellent).
Clients are also able to add tips if they wish.

Both our Clients and Hoper Ladies benefit from our exceptional services, including hassle-free payment methods. Here's what you need to know about each transaction.

Hoper Lady will be able to collect payment from the Client's selected payment method after the number of working hours has been completed by Hoper Lady. Hopper Rush charges $25 (plus applicable taxes) per hour for our exceptional services.

A 20% administrative fee is charged by Hoper Rush including the transaction fee, and the remaining 80% will be deposited into the Hoper Lady account number on the client's profile within one week.

Bonuses are given to our exceptional service providers. We will calculate the bonuses based on the performance rating that each Hoper Lady receives from our clients. You'll be able to choose between extra cash or a paid vacation to some exotic place like Mexico. Maintaining a high rating will increase your chances of earning these bonuses.
The health and well-being of our Hoper Rush family and customers are our top priorities. We will follow the following guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid 19 and its variants.

Physical distancing: Hoper Rush Team members will always maintain a distance of no less than 6 feet or 2 metres from our customers.

Solo cleans: Our Hoper Rushers will provide solo cleans, which means that only one of them will be cleaning while you are not there. You will still get a great clean with our Rushers because they are fast and efficient.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Regardless of whether it's a solo clean or not, we still expect everyone to wear a face covering inside to protect both our customers and the Hoper Rushers.

Health Check for our Hoper Rush Family and our Customers: It is imperative that we continue to be diligent in ensuring that our Hoper Rushers are healthy, have not had any close contact with someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19, and have not traveled outside Canada (or been exposed to someone who has).

The same is also expected of you as a customer, in the event that you have been exposed to Covid 19. We request that you cancel your appointment immediately.

We ask that if you are notified more than two days after our Rusher has been at your house you call us right away so that we can make the necessary arrangements to prevent the spread. We will reschedule your appointment and send out a Rusher once the mandatory 14 days quarantine has been completed.

We have implemented each of these measures to guarantee your safety, the safety of our Hoper Rush Family, and the prevention of the spread of COVID-19.
